About

I practice Integrative Psychiatry with a holistic approach for the evaluation and management of mental health conditions. I completed my training at Johns Hopkins University, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am also a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with a background in Primary Care. I bring over a decade of healthcare experience to my patient’s care. I provide individualized care in a warm, compassionate, and accepting environment.

 

As an integrative psychiatric provider, I collaborate with you to develop treatment plans that align with your value systems and health goals. I provide holistic care by combining evidence-based medication management with complementary mind-body medicine, nutritional counseling, herbs, vitamins, micronutrients, psychotherapy, and preventative medicine to promote long-term wellbeing.
